4. Pricing, Accuracy & Modifications

  • Price Changes: Prices for our cookies and gift boxes are subject to change without prior notice based on ingredient procurement, packaging, or supply-chain adjustments.

  • Typographical Errors: Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, promotional pricing, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or update orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Placement, Verification & Refusal of Service

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or SMS does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or undeliverable addresses).

  • Address & Phone Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, we reserve the right to verify the order via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to baking or dispatch. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or canceled.

  • Bulk Reselling: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized commercial resellers, dealers, or bulk distributors without prior wholesale agreement.

6. Payment & Billing Information

  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, verified payment gateways, direct bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • By submitting payment credentials, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated card or account. All credit/debit card transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard third-party gateways; we do not store full payment card details on our local servers.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

  • All delivery timelines, shipping charges, and handling protocols are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the designated third-party courier. However, damaged or compromised items in transit will be addressed under our stated replacement guidelines.

  • Delivery must be received at the designated address. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or consecutive failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

  • Order Cancellations: Because our cookies are baked and fulfilled promptly, cancellation requests must be made before your order is dispatched. Once a package is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
